Four Helpful Tips 101: Walking in High Heels

I started walking with high heel shoes when I was 15, that’s when I had my Prom. It was an awkward feeling at first walking in stiletto shoes for about 3 or 4 inches. It was then when I started to like high heels shoes. It took me so long to manage on how to walk at my best with it. I know that there are some on women out there who do not know how to walk with it. One of the reasons probably is the fear of falling and some might even intimidate by towering heels. Others would probably think that it is all about comfort and would rather wear flats and sneakers instead.

However, there are occasions which require us to wear heels. Even if it is not mandatory but for formality and fashion, it is highly recommended. Don’t panic yet. It is actually true that walking with your high heels is not even that hard. Isn’t it practice makes perfect? See this tips and try walking with those shoes that you keep on your closet.

First Tip:
Walking with high heels can give ache to your feet right? So, just step smoothly and not in hurry. Do it by trying to step your shoes’ heel. Avoid stepping sole first. Also, walk with your toes pointing straight. Since it is just the beginning, it is good if you try walking on a padded floor. Try to walk on your sala for example and walk slowly at first.

Second Tip:
Walking with high heels also comes with the proper balance. So keep that arms moving, but that that much! Try swinging it the normal way to make a balance walk. Keep your legs straight an close. And then just continue walking and start to turn on different directions. When you tend to stop, do not wobble.

Third Tip:
Wearing of high heels is not only for walking, but for dancing as well. If you are in an occasion where a dance is required, try practicing first at home with a side to side step and also try doing some slow turns. In that case, you won’t be bumping other people around you.

Fourth Steps:

A walk on the street also requires a step on stairs. Try hold on the rails or close to it in case you lose your balance and for you to reach easily. When climbing, make sure that your that the heel and sole land one step at a time firmly.

These might be four of the simple tips, but hopefully they help. So grab that high heels and put them on an start walking like a diva! Good Luck!

Victoria Beckham Cools Off with High Heels?

Isn’t it surprising to see Victoria Beckham wearing flat shoes or flip flops? Well, not at all.
Victoria Beckham, a number one fan of famous high heels designer shoes,  has been photographed in flip-flops with a huge bunion on her left foot. A bunion is a bony bump at the base of the big toe joint. This becomes painfully inflamed when shoes rub against it. And this is one problem made worse by high heels.
Wearing high heels is known to hurt feet when used always. Heels tend to throw body weight forward, meaning that the bunion is made worse by the shoes rubbing against it. Mrs. Beckham recently exposed her bunion as she at the beach on a Malibu with her sons. The 35 year old mother, has started to opt for flat shoes more regularly because wearing stilettos is becoming too painful for her.
The former Spice Girl has also been snapped wearing trainers and ballet pumps instead of her favourite killer heels. Her bunion was visible as long ago as 2002 and the swollen joint appears to have grown in size over the years. However, bunions can be treated with surgery. But will make Victoria stay at the the wheelchair if she will decide to, since the surgery might involve recontructing her mostly
most of her feet bones.
“She’s having sleepless nights at the thought of it. She’s even been breaking out into a panic from the stress of contemplating such painful surgery. But she knows there’s no way out, so it’s a matter of when.” a source revealed.
